Job Description

The School of Accountancy in the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia invites applications for a non-tenure track teaching faculty position in the area of taxation with a preferred start date of Spring 2023 or Fall 2023. The typical teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester with teaching obligations that include both introductory and advanced tax courses.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must possess either a graduate degree in business (e.g., MAcc, MBA, PhD) or law (e.g., JD, LLM) and have formal or informal tax-related teaching experience.

Candidates should be committed to effective and innovative teaching and be able to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Relevant tax practice experience, professional certifications, and online teaching experience will be viewed favorably.
