Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years of experience in program analysis and design, including one year of lead or supervisory experience. Successful completion of PCC LEAD Academy or a comparable external leadership training program may substitute for up to 6 months of lead or supervisory experience.
Position Grade J Starting Salary Expectations Minimum $65,713 to range midpoint of $80,496. Placement will generally not exceed the mid-point, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Position Grade Salary Range $65713 to $95282 Annual Salary FTE 0 PCC Benefits

PCC offers a tax deferred annuity program and a deferred compensation program where employees may save additional pre-tax dollars for retirement.
Additionally, PCC provides a tuition waiver for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children under 24 years of age, as well as partial tuition reimbursement for full-time employees at other accredited institutions.
Paid Leave: (Pro-rated by FTE for Part-Time Employees)
- 14.67 hours of vacation leave per month
- 1 day of sick leave per month
- 11 holidays
- 3 additional personal leave days per year

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Work is generally performed in an office environment, with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Frequent fingering, reaching, sitting, walking, standing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required. Incumbents may be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. PCC is hiring for a Systems Analyst. In this role, you will:
- Develop applications, procedures, scripts, reports, or
configured workflows to support business process automation
throughout the College.
- Lead a technical team on data management and analysis
projects.
- Assist manager to supervise technical staff as
necessary.
- Manage the portfolio of solution development tools and
platforms at the College, including recommending possible new tools
or strategies for moving off of older systems.
- Prioritize and assign tasks and projects among available
resources.
- Collaborate with other technical staff to design, implement,
and maintain data integrations for solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and updates for existing
solutions.
- Serve as a primary contact for vendors; submit enhancement
requests, support tickets, and manage licensing.
- Develop, document, and implement plans to broaden support for workflow automation.

- Administration of enterprise applications or similar productivity and collaboration application platform
- Experience with project leadership, scripting for data integration, data analysis and reporting
