An exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to senior leadership is available at The Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences . As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Maintain calendar and manage meeting requests for the Vice President and Dean
- Prepare correspondence as requested
- Make travel arrangements and assist with reimbursement requests
- Assist in the planning of events for the Jacobs School
- Coordinate committee meetings and provide administrative support
- Act as backup reception for the Dean’s office
- Provide occasional support to the Chief of Staff and AVP for Business Operations
- Supervise the Administrative Assistant
