About the Opportunity:
The Department of Multidisciplinary Master's Degree programs, College of Engineering, invites applications for the Part-Time Lecturer position for teaching selected graduate courses in the Multidisciplinary Master's Degree programs in Silicon Valley. Responsibilities:
Teach selected graduate courses in the Multidisciplinary Master's Degree programs. Responsibilities include preparation of course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student learning and performance in the course. Part time positions are available in Silicon Valley.

The Multidisciplinary Master's Degree suite of degree programs for Silicon Valley include:

MS in Information Systems focuses on the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business complexity with an emphasis on the art and science of designing intricate software applications especially in the areas of healthcare, security and privacy, auditing and compliance, business improvement and intelligence, as well as financial accountability. Courses include application engineering and development, engineering big-data systems, and engineering secure software systems.

MS in Data Architecture and Management is designed to prepare students for an evolving and growing field that marries business intelligence, data warehousing, and software engineering. Through a variety of courses we provide our students with holistic knowledge and technical skills to engineer data systems with challenging, complex requirements. Our strong data integration capabilities allow for data curation and aggregation. We seek to produce data engineers and analysts who possess the skills to access and interpret data in context to provide meaningful results to management.

Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. in relevant engineering discipline is required; some professional and/or teaching experience preferred. Must have strong, effective verbal skills to communicate well with students.
