This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. 1. Greet/respond to inquiries from customers on the phone, in person, etc. Train and supervise student employees performing reception work.
2. Provide information regarding parking procedures and sell parking permits.
3. Utilize parking software to prepare daily reports and maintain parking records. Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent Other Education & Formal Training Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Other - Database Management, Mainframe Environment Experience
1. One year clerical, receptionist, customer service or related experience required. Other Experience Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position: Police background check, Criminal History check Other Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred, Human Relations/Interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality Other Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
