Program Administrative Assistant, Part-time (71117)

On a typical day you will:
  • Develop effective messaging for email, print and digital social media that support the Fulbright program
  • Provide application, program and faculty committees coordination
  • Assist the Fulbright and events team with outreach and producing events

This position is part-time, 15 hours per week to start, $20 hr on-site on the Brooklyn campus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of training and experience.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in writing, interpersonal communications, and using Google suite apps.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage assigned tasks and coordination of deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain calm and a sense of humor in a busy office.
  • knowledge and experience utilizing Google suite applications.
