Job Title: HRIS Manager

 

The City University of New York is seeking an HRIS Manager for the Program Management Office to support, maintain, and implement University HR systems and applications, and provide appropriate guidance and communication to the impacted CUNY community comprised of 25 colleges and schools across the five boroughs of New York City.  Reporting to the Executive Director of the Program Management Office, the HRIS Manager will analyze HRIS functional requirements, define standards and procedures for validating data integrity and operational viability of existing business processes; identify opportunities for business process improvements; research and analyze CUNY policies, rules and regulations; lead activities related to the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades; and partner with key business unit and process owners across the University to ensure all associated procedures and documentation are maintained. A Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience required.  The ideal candidate will have six years’ enterprise HRIS software experience with a focus in data management and reporting solutions; have experience with data administration including validating, triaging, updating and resolving application issues, and have advanced proficiency using data analysis and reporting programs (SQL, MS Excel and Access) to develop and run queries analyzing large sets of business data.  Compensation: $66,455-$105,676 commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.  Posting Close Date: June 6, 2022.
