International Admissions and Recruitment Support Specialist



Job Description

This position will support the recruitment and enrollment of international undergraduate students through application evaluation, direct communication with applicants and prospective students, and the creation of social media content and recruitment materials.

- Evaluation and admission processing of international first-time college and transfer applicants.
- Work with Enrollement Management Communications team to produce social media content and recruitment materials consistent with overall Admissions messaging and materials but targeted at an international audience.
- Interact directly with applicants and prospective students via email, phone, What'sApp, and social media direct messaging.
- Evaluate and post transfer credit for international transfer students and returning study abroad students

Salary

$15.29 - $17.50/hr

Grade: GGS 7

University Title: STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST II

Shift

40 Hours per week, M-F 8am – 5pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with education systems outside the US. Language skills beyond English. Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft, Slate, and various social media platforms.
