Major/Essential Functions
Provides the services of a faculty associate licensed professional counselor in TTUHSC's Family Medicine Mental Health Fellowship Program. Provides and manages direct patient care including mental health evaluations, assessments, and treatment; Directs and coordinates patient care activities of support staff as required; trains and supervises LPC-As and students as appropriate; Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and continuous quality improvement objectives; As appropriate to the position, participates in specified health promotion, education, and/or prevention programs; Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
