Description
The Department of French and Italian at the University of Texas at Austin seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/non-tenure track positions to teach undergraduate French and/or Italian. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and the availability of funding. Appointments are made on a year-long basis, though sometimes a semester appointment can be made. Salary is dependent upon position and qualifications.
Qualifications
A Ph.D in a relevant field and a record of teaching excellence are preferred. Security sensitive position; all expected hires must undergo a criminal background check.
