Description
The Department of Visual Arts at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach two courses per semester in Drawing and Painting during the 2022-23 academic year to begin in AUGUST 2022. The successful candidate will teach three courses in Fundamentals of Drawing, an introductory studio drawing course that fulfills our general arts requirement as well as a major and minor requirement for Studio Art, along with one introductory painting course. Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field, have at least three semesters of prior teaching experience at the College level, and a demonstrated record of exhibition and artistic excellence.
