Duties and Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all TRUSTED program HRSA grant activities. May work on Fairmont main campus or at Mon Health System in Morgantown, as assigned or as necessary.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Coordinate TRUSTED program including poverty and cultural simulations, telehealth simulations, competency evaluation of students and healthcare professionals.
-Oversee development of simulation scenarios, order sets, and competency evaluations for telehealth simulations.
-Ensure simulation compliance with INASCL and ANA Scope and Standards of Public Health Nursing.
-Maintain oversight of the TRUSTED program by being the point of contact for the day-to-day operations.
-Serve as the educational liaison between academics and clinical sites.
-Plan and coordinate academic-clinical partner relationship with telehealth simulations.
-Recruit, train and evaluate standardized patients.
-Oversee nursing student and inter-professional health-related student training.
-Direct and evaluate cultural and poverty simulations.
-Assist with data collection and evaluation.
-Coordinate training schedule for Mon Health System, Inc. training and competency evaluation.
-Oversee curricular development activities.
-Collaborate with team to address programmatic needs.
-Perform related work as necessary and as assigned.

This position is funded in whole with an anticipated grant end-date of August 31, 2022 and employment/continued employment in this position is contingent upon the institution's continued receipt of these grant funds.
