Duties and Responsibilities

This position will involve the production, distribution, and evaluation of any and all communications from 45 RSOs, Greek Life, Student Activities, SGA, Housing and Residence Life, Intramurals, and Club Sports. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic advertisements (posters, flyers, door hangers, tri-folds, table tents, etc.), on-line identity on both the Fairmont State University site as well any available social media, communication letters and e-mails, newsletters, and advertisement coordinated through various RSOs. Primarily, these communications will address needs presented by student organizations, Student Activates Coordinator, and central office staff Additionally, this position will anticipate students' needs, such as in understanding policies or services available to them, assess the effectiveness of advertising methods, and aid any creative communication methods, as well as additional duties as warranted.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graphic design major and have examples of graphic design work
