Job Summary
To teach computer programming courses that is a lecture/laboratory that is university transfer-level courses.
Duties and Responsibilities
To teach a university transfer-level lecture/laboratory course in Programming Concepts ( COMI -1150 – Python), and/or Java Programming ( COMI -1510), and/or Advanced Java Programming ( COMI -2510), and/or Introduction to Software Engineering ( COMI -2530), and/or Introduction to SQL ( COMI -1260), and/or Introduction to Data Analytics ( COMI -1300
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree, or higher, in Computer Studies required.
- Teaching experience at the college level is desirable.
- Ability to use technology to enhance instruction, to submit grades and to use email effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a dynamic teaching/learning environment requiring adaptability, creativity and teamwork.
- Willingness to teach at multi-campus locations.
