Position Summary:

Undergraduate Education (UED) is collecting application materials for a pool of part-time lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2022-23 academic year. UED courses include multiple programs; available assignments might include courses in HNRS (multiple disciplines) and UNIV. See the Catalog for a full list of course offerings. Appointments from the part-time pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a master’s degree in a relevant academic discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Evidence of teaching excellence including inclusive and anti-racist pedagogies. Bilingual candidates will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Lecturer positions in UED carry responsibilities in the areas of teaching as defined in the Faculty Personnel Policies & Procedures. Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the particular program.
