Position Summary:
The Director of Ticket Operations leads all ticketing functions for athletic events at the University of Idaho, overseeing box office management and working closely with other stakeholders to develop and execute plans for increasing retention of existing ticket purchasers and growth of new sales. This position is responsible for all back-of-house aspects of Idaho's ticketed events and oversees the game day operations at home events and select road contests.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience. • One year of full-time experience in ticket operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two years of full-time experience in collegiate athletics ticketing.
• Experience as a ticketing manager with sport-specific responsibilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining seasons and events in ticketing software.
• Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues.
