Job Description

Provides customer service, conflict resolution and enforcement of NCAA, SEC, and University of Missouri rules and regulations related to the sale of tickets to Intercollegiate Athletics Events. Oversees the sale and distribution of tickets to assigned sporting/special events.

Enforces NCAA regulations as they relate to ticketing for at home and away competitions to include recruits, high school coaches, student athletes, general public and donors. Provides consistent conflict resolution and authorizes any corrective actions.

Responds to customer questions by researching and investigating problems; provides feedback and resolutions to customer problems.

Assists with hiring, supervising and training of part-time staff; trains staff on ticket systems procedures and customer service. Supervises game day ticket sellers to ensure adherence to policies. Sells and prints tickets for all sport/special events using Ticketmaster software.

Monitor daily sales and prepare financial reports for assigned sports.

Assists with annual season ticket renewals and the sale of tickets when hosting special events (SEC Championships, NCAA/NIT Tournaments, Concerts)

Reports any potential NCCA/SEC/University of Missouri violations to the Associate AD of Ticket Operations and Compliance Office.

Researches and remains informed of new products and advances in ticket technology.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary

Salary: $15.29 to $22.44 per hour

Grade: GGS-007

Monday thru Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm; nights and weekends, as required, during events.
