Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Head Women's Soccer Coach to join the Athletics family. Embry-Riddle Women's Soccer competes at the NCAA Division II level and is part of the Sunshine State Conference.
The Head Women's Soccer Coach will be responsible for all aspects of directing the intercollegiate Women's Soccer program, including:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Head Women's Soccer Coach to join the Athletics family. Embry-Riddle Women's Soccer competes at the NCAA Division II level and is part of the Sunshine State Conference.
The Head Women's Soccer Coach will be responsible for all aspects of directing the intercollegiate Women's Soccer program, including:
- Designing and implementing a strategy to recruit qualified student-athletes.
- Designing practice plans and conducting practice sessions.
- Preparing strategies for competition.
- Providing support for the academic progress of student-athletes.
- Developing and maintaining effective interactions with students and faculty/staff.
- Complying with all NCAA, Sunshine State Conference and ERAU rules and regulations.
- Providing leadership in community service events for the program.
- Fulfilling additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years work related experience.
- Previous participation in and expert knowledge of the sport.
- Ability to motivate student-athletes.
- Capability to teach sport-appropriate skills and strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.
- Knowledge of public relations and fund-raising.
