Marion | Student Activities Non Cost Share
Responsible for overseeing student organization, activities, and
programming, training of advisors and student leaders of student
organizations and other student leaders, off-campus student
services, Freshman Welcome Day activities, volunteers for the
International Festival, selection of student representative to the
Board of Trustees; assists Director of Student Life/Diversity and
Inclusion with student life programming and manages the day-to-day
activities; Collaborates with various campus and community
constituent groups including students, faculty, staff, MTC,
community leaders, and external community groups and organizations;
oversees the student musical; hires and trains student workers;
assists with preparing budget and manages budget allotted by the
Director of Student Life/Diversity & Inclusion that supports
student organizations and activities. Co-advisor to the
Undergraduate Student Government and to the Campus Activities
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Master’s preferred.
Experience with student housing preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to take
initiative and directives, working as part of a team and managing
multiple projects concurrently is required.
Salary Range $32,011 - $42,120
