Responsible for overseeing student organization, activities, and programming, training of advisors and student leaders of student organizations and other student leaders, off-campus student services, Freshman Welcome Day activities, volunteers for the International Festival, selection of student representative to the Board of Trustees; assists Director of Student Life/Diversity and Inclusion with student life programming and manages the day-to-day activities; Collaborates with various campus and community constituent groups including students, faculty, staff, MTC, community leaders, and external community groups and organizations; oversees the student musical; hires and trains student workers; assists with preparing budget and manages budget allotted by the Director of Student Life/Diversity & Inclusion that supports student organizations and activities. Co-advisor to the Undergraduate Student Government and to the Campus Activities Board.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s preferred.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with student housing preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational skills, ability to take initiative and directives, working as part of a team and managing multiple projects concurrently is required.
Salary Range $32,011 - $42,120
