Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.

Major/Essential Functions
Coordinates and facilitates information flow between school districts, providers, and staff. This position is responsible for the implementation of educational activities led by Education and Outreach Services. The Program Manager assists with planning and oversight of CEUs, CMEs, and additional educational opportunities. This position is responsible for promoting the ECHO learning model in specified region across West Texas. This position will work with staff of the program on management of all deadlines for deliverables. Works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and facilitation duties to support the Education and Outreach Services division. Communicates with and provides services to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on status of educational credits, procedures, and scheduling. Manages the day-to-day operations of a specified area, including coordination of educational deliverables offered through ECHO and other platforms of delivery. Will assist with the planning and oversight of all educational credit offerings.
Drafts, edits, and prepares program reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to the Sr. Program Director for Education and Outreach Services.
Assist in the facilitation and implementation of ECHO sessions and educational activities for independent school district staff and community-based advanced practice providers.
Coordinates the development of clinical and educational materials (curriculum, brochures, flyers, etc.).
Serves as the liaison between program participants and Educational Services team members.
Oversees CEU and CME opportunities for program participants.
Enrolls participants in educational activities, including correspondence, tracking, and invitations.
Monitors and delivers Youth Aware of Mental Health curriculum in schools across our region (training provided).
