The Department for Business at Valley City State University is seeking a full time, tenure-track Business Generalist faculty member to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to teach face-to-face and online courses as part of the business undergraduate degree programs. This position will also provide academic advising to business students. The successful candidate will participate in the development of course/program curricular content, be an active participant in the department’s efforts to obtain and maintain IACBE Accreditation, actively contribute during department meetings, and be involved in the university community.

Compensation
The salary for this position is commensurate with qualifications,
and typically ranges from $42,000 to $46,000 annually. VCSU

position. In some cases, summer duties may be arranged through an
additional contract.

Department of Business
The Department of Business offers Bachelor of Science Degrees in
Business Administration and Business Process Integration Management
and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management. We offer minors in
Agribusiness, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, and Business
Software Applications as well as certificates in Business
Management, Digital Marketing, and Professional Sales. The
Business Administration major has concentrations in agribusiness,
managerial accounting and finance, management & HR management,
and marketing.
