Applications are invited for appointments as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Ref.: 513873), to commence as soon as possible for one year.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines, with a strong background in material synthesis, chemistry, device physics, etc. Past experience in (1) organic/inorganic material synthesis and chemistry background, (2) formation of high-quality/single-crystal perovskites on a substrate for device applications, (3) design of efficient and defect-free carrier transport layer structure, or (4) device/ semiconductor physics and solid-state physics, etc. would be desirable. Applicants should be highly self-motivated; have a good command of written and spoken English, and be able to work independently. The appointees will work under the supervision of Professor Wallace C.H. Choy.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
