Job Description :

The mid-level Supervisor, Ryan White Programs will serve as a supervisor over a team of lower level medical and non-medical case management staff including technical support, monitoring accuracy in the application of program rules and regulations, and identifying areas for process improvement in order to support the team. The position will report to the Program Manager

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline required
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
3 years of Case Management experience and familiarity with program policies
Detailed knowledge of Ryan White Case Management standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Must be able to perform daily activities with minimal supervision
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; empathy, compassion, and confidence
Must have ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals from culturally and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in relevant discipline
1 -2 years of Supervision experience preferred

This is a restricted position with no set end date and continued employment is dependent upon project need, availability of funding, and performance. Salary Range: $58,000-$65,000
