Job Description:

The University of Florida Pet Emergency Treatment Services (UF PETS) is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative Supervisor to become part of our team. This role requires experience in Client Services and leadership.

The CSR Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of personnel, training, managing customer service operations as well as working in conjunction with the Practice Manager on budgets and general hospital procedures.

This position is considered essential personnel and requires a post-offer health assessment.

Expected Salary:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour; commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.

Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
• Ability to coach and mentor client service representatives.
