The Athletics department at UNC Asheville is an integral part of
the University committed to providing an exemplary NCAA Division I
Athletics Program that creates an environment where
student-athletes have high-impact learning experiences while
pursuing academic, athletic and lifelong goals, and engages the
University's internal and external constituents and communities.
Competing in the Big South Conference, UNC Asheville's Athletics
department strives to be nationally recognized for developing
"Champions in Athletics and Leaders in Life" by winning in the
classroom, community, and competition.
This position is responsible for the management and administration of all phases of the Women's Golf Program in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Athletics Department and the University, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, team travel, budget management, fund raising, and community relations. This position is required to adhere to all policies and procedures of the department and the University, as well as the rules and regulations of the NCAA and Big South Conference.
