Job Description
This position provides operational support and testing of custom mobile and web applications. It will also monitor and attempt to resolve bugs and/or feature requests routed to Apps Dev through email or the Cherwell system. It will provide customer assistance, in a Tier 2 capacity, for the custom applications developed by Apps Dev.
Provides on call support of the Apps Dev Cherwell group during normal business hours. If possible, resolves the incident. If not, escalates the incident to a Database Programmer Analyst.
Assists Development Team(s) by writing user story acceptance criteria alongside Database Programmer Analysts and testing/verifying the acceptance criteria once functionality is built.
Creates user acceptance testing scripts and provides support during User Acceptance Testing phase of project development.
Salary
$35,193 - $65,000 Commensurate with experience
Shift
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Minimum Qualifications
Familiarity with desktop software applications, operating systems, and web applications. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Strong customer service skills. Must be very detail oriented.

ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL, Java, Javascript, Swift, HTML, CSS, XML, Cherwell, and Gitlab
