The School of Business at Mount Saint Mary College (Newburgh, New York) invites applications for a tenure track position in the Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration program at the rank of assistant professor to start July 2022.
 
Primary responsibilities:

Teaching responsibilities consist of four courses per semester with advising and service to the institution expectations, as well as demonstration of a consistent research and publication agenda. The position requires participation in School and College-wide events that focus on new student recruitment, retention, and program promotion.
 
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have earned a doctorate in Production, or Operations, or Supply Chain Management, or Data analytics, or related fields or be ABD with anticipated completion date no later than December 2022 at the time of appointment. Additionally, the successful candidate should have college-level teaching experience, including in operations and supply chain management, quality management, and data analytics. Special consideration will be given to candidates who possess experience in teaching courses on the topics of project management, quantitative analysis, and management of technology and innovation.

  • Provide differential instruction with high expectations and support for students of varied preparedness levels.
  • Participate in professional development activities as required.
  • Participate in all Program/School/College-wide assessment practices.
