Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Head Coach of Women's Golf in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: organize, plan and direct all aspects of a Division I program; monitor education progress and welfare of student athletes; recruitment of athletes; formation and preparation of the budget and oversight of the expenditures; assist in alumni and booster activities.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence
Required Years of Experience: 3
Other Requirements:
Head or assistant coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level or comparable experience with the PGA or LPGA. Computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree. Experience at a high level of competitive golf. Recruiting experience. Golf teaching experience. Division I playing and/or coaching experience.
