Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Microbiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 513782), to commence on July 1, 2022 for three years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline. Expertise and experience in cellular biology, virology, molecular biology, immunology and/or bioengineering are preferred. They should be sensible, mature, attentive to details, able to multi-task, and able to work in a team with a strong sense of responsibility. The appointee will join Dr. Jie Zhou’s team and work on multi-disciplinary research projects involving organoids and virus research. As one of the top-tier teams in the research field, Dr. Zhou’s team has published in Science Advances (2017), PNAS (2018) and Nature Medicine (2020).
