About the Opportunity

Responsibilities:

he Prospect Management Analyst, working closely with the Senior Director of Prospect Management coordinates and manages a number of projects and programs designed to augment and enhance the level of information on prospect activity for the Advancement function. First and foremost is ensuring that current, complete and appropriate prospect information is available to university fundraisers. This includes training advancement staff on prospect management policies and procedures. In addition, the Prospect Management Analyst will assist both project management with department efforts and program-support initiatives to bolster the department's identification and research functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two to five (2-5) years of development experience required. Excellent computer-related, analytical, organizational and communication skills a necessity.
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision and ability to assume a leadership role as necessary.
  
• Comfort level in meeting with fundraisers and staff either in person or virtually. Excellent writing and organizational skills.
  
• Must be motivated self-starter with demonstrated knowledge of research techniques and tools.
  
• Familiarity with purpose and function of all aspects of development preferred.
