Post-doctoral Fellow in Economics

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Economics in Asia Global Institute (AGI) (Ref.: 513833) (to commence as soon as possible for up to two years, with the possibility of renewal upon satisfactory performance).

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in International Economics, Development Economics, Political Economy or related fields. They should demonstrate excellent ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in oral presentations in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to conduct research independently.

The appointee will work for research projects related to global economy, global supply chains, Asian economies, and Chinese economy under the supervision of the Director of AGI.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
