Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinates the operations of the facilities office.
• Coordinates work order system and customer service.
• Coordinates employee timekeeping, supplier, and personnel file management, community services, work study students, and other related responsibilities.
• Recommend establishment of and respond to inquiries regarding department procedures and policies from staff and visitors, serve as resource person to staff.
• Handles correspondence and appointment scheduling independently for department administrators.
• Performs routine clerical duties.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Compiles statistics, data, and records, tracks information.
• Compiles presentations and coordinates additional meeting/presentation requirements.
• Coordinates upper-management’s schedules and division projects.
• Manages critical/time-sensitive projects as needed.
• Handles customer inquiries in critical situations, interacts with other departments/division heads.
• Budget Management – input of requisitions and processing of invoices for Facilities Management as well as serving as key contact for Accounts Payable, Purchasing and the Budget Office.
• Performs duties of Facilities Support Services Coordinator as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to internal and external customers and clients.
 Excellent communication skills.
 Knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
o Knowledge of university systems, policies, and procedures.
 Excellent organizational skills.
 Ability to effectively supervise other support personnel.
 Ability to work independently of direct supervision and maintain confidentiality.
 Ability to work under tight deadline pressure.
 Ability to problem solves.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: two – three years of related work experience in a high-paced, dynamic professional office setting.
