Job Description
The Department of Civil Engineering in the College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), Daytona Beach, Florida invites applications for a visiting non-tenure track teaching position in the structural arena effective Fall 2022. The position is well suited for recent doctoral graduates who would like to develop their teaching skills and establish a teaching record. This position will be responsible for teaching assigned undergraduate and graduate engineering courses in the field of engineering mechanics and structural engineering.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold an appropriate doctorate and be committed to teaching excellence, including use of evidence-based pedagogical approaches. Experience in aerospace, aviation, and related industries is valued. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and demonstrate excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
