Position Summary:
The Residence Hall Coordinators serve as vital contributors to the administration and management of a comprehensive housing program with primary duties situated in one residence hall of 120 - 600 residents, some of which house living learning communities. Supervise student workers and direct daily operations to ensure a positive, healthy and safe living/learning environment which supports the campus educational atmosphere. Residence Hall Coordinators are required to live in their assigned hall.

Minimum Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required.· Master’s preferred in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling, or related field.

Minimum Experience:
One year of successful residence life experience and an in-depth knowledge of theories and practices within the field of college student personnel, student affairs, and/or housing and residence life, or related experience required.
