JOB SUMMARY:

Works collaboratively with members of the Lasell community to create opportunities for revenue generation. Markets campus and its programs to outside customers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The statements below are intended to describe the principal duties of the person or persons assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities. Lasell University has the right to add or change the job responsibilities at any time.
  1. Works collaboratively with community members on creation of revenue-generating programs (camps, clinics, etc.) including marketing, licensing, operations, etc.
  2. Stays up to date on camp/clinic regulations and acts as an advisor to established camps/clinics
  3. Acts as ‘property manager' for all campus buildings
  4. Manages the usage of campus space to accommodate the needs of the community, including internal departments, Lasell sponsored programs, external rental clients and others
  5. Creates templates for easy application of programs by community members
  6. Advertises, markets, sells community programs to appropriate outside audiences
  7. Identify opportunities for students, student employees, and student interns to assist with revenue enhancement initiatives
  8. Other tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

Education level: Bachelor's degree required.

Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook

Other Requirements of the Job: Good organization, time management and superb customer services skills are also required. Prior marketing/sales experience is required.

CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION OR LICENSURE REQUIRED BY THE JOB:

Valid driver's license and a driving record with no surcharge events for the past three (3) years are required to drive College-owned vehicle.
