The Office of Residence Life is seeking a Resident Directors for
the Fall 2022.
The Resident Director is responsible for the management of South
Hall which houses approximately 250 first year students. The
Resident Director will be involved in the planning of programming,
serve in the on-call professional staff rotation, participate in
Residence Life projects such as RA selection and Housing Lottery,
handle low level conduct violations and collaborate with other
campus offices as needed. This position requires evening and
The incumbent is required to live in the residence hall 10 months
per year. On-call duty rotation providing coverage seven days a
week, 24 hours a day including holidays is required.
Compensation includes a competitive salary, benefits, and a one
bedroom apartment, furnished upon request, on-site with utilities
including, Philo TV, and high speed internet access. Applicant is
subject to completion of a successful background check.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Prior work experience in a residence life/housing facility at a
college or university is required.
