Job Description:

The University Registrar is hiring a summer assistant. The job entails working with student and alumni records, scanning, indexing, filing, and other miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience with MS Word, Excel and scanning software a plus. Applicants must be reliable, productive, take direction well, and able to work independently. Some lifting and moving of files and file boxes required (25-35 pounds).

Work Schedule: Preferred June 6 through August 31, 25-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 9am and 4:30pm.

Minimum Pay: $12.50 per hour
