The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) invites

position. Must demonstrate practice in one of the spheres of care
articulated by the American Association of Colleges of
Nursing.

Minimum Training and Experience Requirements: All candidates should hold a minimum of a master’s degree in nursing. Candidates holding a minimum of a master’s degree in nursing who are working toward earning doctoral degree in nursing or related field are encouraged to apply. The applicant must hold a license as a registered nurse in North Carolina before employment. Candidates should have academic experience appropriate for rank and minimum of two years clinical practice experience.
Management Preferences: At least 5 years of experience in a nursing practice area required. Masters in an area of clinical practice or nursing education required, doctoral preparation or progress towards doctoral completion preferred. The applicant must meet the Board of Nursing requirement to teach in North Carolina. Preference is given to applicants with teaching experience at the baccalaureate and/or masters level.
Required License: Unrestricted RN license in the State of North Carolina.
