The John Martinson Honors College at Purdue University seeks a
candidate with interest and
experience in leadership development programming and high-impact
pedagogy for a two-year,
nine-month position as Postdoctoral Fellow in the Leadership
Development unit. The successful
candidate will help develop and administer a new, innovative
program that promotes
transformational and organizational leadership competencies and
empowers students to enact
meaningful change through leadership. Responsibilities will include
working on a small team to
develop and coordinate curricular and co-curricular leadership
learning opportunities, such as
retreats, workshops, speaker series, and learning communities.
Responsibilities also include
teaching up to three credits of leadership courses per semester and
supporting the Director of
Leadership Development with existing programming, program
assessment, and grant
applications related to leadership education.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in any field is required, along with
experience with leadership
development. Expertise in leadership theory or experience with
program development and
assessment is a plus.
