The Rental Property Manager provides oversight for the College’s rental property program. Education/Skills Requirements
A high school diploma is required with post-secondary education preferred. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple and concurrent events, and deliver exceptional, consistent customer service. Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents
Minimum of three years of related work experience in the rental/property management arena. Must demonstrate solid time management skills, collaborate with others and communicate clearly and effectively. Must demonstrate initiative and excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to interact professionally at all times. Experience using computer software such as MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Software knowledge is required. Facilities Management experience and project management skills are desirable. Standard Work Days and Hours
Regular work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Evening and weekend shifts may be required during special events and heavy seasonal workloads. Work required 24/7 during campus emergencies. About Bowdoin
