Position: Neuroscientist
The Department of Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiological Sciences is seeking to employ experienced Neuroscientist to expand its Neuroscience Program at the level of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor.
While candidates with research interests in any basic/translational neuroscience area are considered, those with strong research training related to neurobiology of pain and somatosensation, behavior and cognitive neurosciences, neuroendocrine and homeostatic systems, neuro-oncology, developmental neuroscience, neurogenesis, synaptic plasticity and learning, motor control/muscle function and disease, and neuro-engineering are especially encouraged to apply.
Qualified candidates must hold a PhD or an MD degree, a productive postdoctoral training in neuroscience or related fields, and a strong track record of impactful research and involvement in teaching.
