The Appalachian State University Libraries consist of the Belk Library and Information Commons and the Erneston Music Library and employ 85 library faculty and staff. We are an essential campus teaching and research partner inspiring and guiding all who pursue knowledge. The Belk Library and Information Commons, located in the center of campus, is a popular facility with over 1 million visits per year. Both the Belk and Erneston Music Libraries provide rich print and electronic collections, study spaces, technology to borrow, and many outstanding services.   • Reports to the Coordinator of the Music Library.
  • Teaches online Information Literacy modules for music history classes ( MUS 2611, 2612, and 3611), fall and spring semesters each year.
  • Teaches Information Literacy in music education, music industry studies, music therapy, and other classes as needed.
  • Develops and implements multi-platform social media strategy to engage student patron base and enhance outreach.
