This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. The Registrar works collaboratively with other key constituents within the University. The Registrar provides administrative leadership and oversees daily responsibilities of the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar must have the ability to work effectively in a technology-based environment. Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education student records.

The successful candidate will also possess the following qualifications: the ability to balance institutional policies with the individual needs of students, the ability to originate and implement programmatic and service enhancements, expertise in facilitating organizational development and change, a demonstrated ability to provide vision and leadership for the future, a record of adaptability to changing environments, policies, and student needs, competency for interpreting student data/trends, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with multiple and diverse constituent groups. Experience with Ellucian (Banner) student information system, Degree Works, and Parchment is preferred. Work up to five commencement ceremonies each spring
