JOB DESCRIPTION

The University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for an Early College Senior Coordinator in the Center of Excellence in Leadership and Learning. The Senior Coordinator will support the Urban College Acceleration Network (UCAN). This position will oversee the implementation of Early College in 16 urban schools through a network approach.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize meetings and professional development with the 16 participating schools.
• Oversee and lead the project implementation.
• Serve as CELL liaison to Indiana Department of Education.
• Monitor project expenditures.
• Collaborate with external evaluation team.
• Write required reports for the Indiana Department of Education.
• Offer technical support and industry-specific coaching and training. Meet with existing school-partners to perform an assessment, discuss goals and strategize methods for improvement / advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Proven leadership experience in K-12 and/or higher education settings required
• Deep knowledge of the Early College model and state dual credit policy required
• Experience in developing and leading professional development required
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Proficiency in using a broad array of technology tools for professional communication and presentations.
