The Director will be the chief administrator of the Student Support Services TRIO grant program and will manage the program in accordance with applicable federal education grant program rules and regulations. The Director will implement and direct all facets of the SSS program and monitor and evaluate all components of the program. The Director serves as the face of the TRIO program and interacts with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of administrative experience in higher education administration
  • Experience in federal educational projects or student personnel work requiring evaluation and documentation procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience in student support services

 

Preferred Qualifications:            

  • Master's degree with concentration in Higher Education Administration, Guidance, Adult Education, or a related field
  • Teaching experience is desirable
