Job Details
Buena Vista University seeks adjunct instructors for residency graduate master-level courses in Professional School Counseling. A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Counselor Education or related area is required, an emphasis in Professional School Counseling is desired. Specific courses under consideration include: Methods & Procedures in Counseling and Group Counseling. Residency courses require the instructor to teach on the Storm Lake, Iowa Campus during the 7-day residency, July 17-July 23, with an instructor orientation on July 16, 2019. Dorm housing is included. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
If interested, submit letter of application, graduate school transcripts (photocopies acceptable but official copies required for appointment), teaching evaluation summaries, and current vita with the names of 4-6 references.
