Job Description
Come be part of the Missouri Online Team! Missouri Online supports Online Education at the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou), the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) and the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). We are looking for a dedicated person who excels at customer service and relationship building. The hybrid position is full time and will initially require up to 3 days at the office in Columbia Missouri. In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with a variety of professional at Missouri Online
- Provide general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties
- Focus on completing work effectively, efficiently, and in a timely fashion. Impacts the efficiency and accuracy of one's own work and begins to impact the work of others
- Provide information to and exchange information with appropriate and respective parties
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
- Be a valued member of a robust team
- Office coverage which includes assisting the Missouri Online Staff, internal University vendors, external vendors, deliveries as needed. Includes greeting guests and answering phones.
- Manages and coordinates travel arrangements for Missouri Online staff such as booking and purchasing flights, cars, hotel and conference registration. The position will also assist with staff travel reimbursement.
- Monitor office supplies inventory, anticipate supply needs and purchase office supplies that complies with procurement guidelines.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in person meetings, maintain AVP calendar.
- Other administrative duties as assigned to support Missouri Online business activity
$11.54 - $16.83 per hour depends on experience

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
