(Administrative Support Coordinator I)
Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,276 - $3,500 per month
Full classification Salary Range: $3,276 - $5,148 per month
- This is a part-time/full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.
Job Summary
Under general supervision from the Jordan College Dean or Associate Dean, this position provides accurate and timely accounting and administrative support in the Office of the Dean of the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and supports the mission of the College by assisting in a variety of technical and clerical assignments.
Key Qualifications
- Review and maintain accurate financial and program documents, files and records for accuracy, completeness, validity, and adherence to standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; exercise tact, courtesy, alertness, and good judgment in responding to others.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and prepare detailed written reports and correspondence.
- Apply accounting procedures and practices to the analysis of basic accounting problems.
- Analyze and interpret accounting data.
Education and Experience
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities
- Equivalent to 3 years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience which has provided the above knowledge and abilities
