The College of Business at Florida Atlantic University seeks to
fill a non-tenure track faculty line as an Instructor of Management
in the College of Business for employment as soon as possible.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will direct the daily
operations of the newly established Madden Center for Value
Creation and teach courses in the undergraduate and graduate
programs of the College of Business, as well as participate in
empirical research projects. The primary responsibilities of the
successful candidate will also include service related activities.
In his or her role as Director for Operations of the Madden Center
for Value Creation, the candidate will assist in developing and
maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders (e.g.,
universities, think tanks, community and business leaders, and
government agencies), participate in the development of grant
solicitations and strategic action plans, monitor performance
indicators and milestones, and oversee all financial operations of
the Madden Center, thus ensuring consistency with strategic goals,
budget development and operations.
