Job Description
Provide programmatic oversight of funded research projects and seminar activities for Family & Community Medicine research faculty. Assist the Associate Research Director with proposal submissions/reporting/tracking, maintenance of information displayed on the department’s research Sharepoint tab and bulletin boards, OneCard purchases, and performing routine daily office duties.
Coordinates support functions for academic program(s) or project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.
- Performs routine tasks as assigned using existing procedures
- Coordinates (e.g., compiles, verifies, prepares) materials, information, events, etc. as assigned
- Performs standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, resourcing, etc., as necessary
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Assists in the development and implementation of programs/projects according to plan and/or with guidance
- Has limited impact on own work team
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet established deadlines
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding

Salary Range: $16.92 - $30.68 hourly

Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with state and federal grants. History of successfully designing and implementing projects throughout the lifecycle. Engage stakeholders and learners; maintain positive interpersonal relationships; and exhibit effective written and oral communication skills. Exhibit a high personal standard of excellence, be an effective team player, and demonstrate inclusivity, civility and respect for all.
